பட்டய விமான பயணிகள் சேவை18%அட்டவணைப்படி இயங்காத விமான நிறுவனங்கள் (சார்ட்டர் விமானங்கள்) வழங்கும் விமான பயணிகள் போக்குவரத்து சேவை; இதில் விமான நிறுவனம் நிலையான நேர அட்டவணையையோ வழக்கமான வழித்தடத்தையோ பின்பற்றாது. ஒருமுறை இயக்கப்படும் சார்ட்டர் விமானங்களும், தேவைக்கேற்ப செய்யப்படும் விமானப் பயண ஏற்பாடுகளும் இதில் அடங்கும்.
